What You'll Do
- Engage & Connect: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels (phone, text, email, referrals, networking events) to identify their insurance needs.
- Rapid Needs Assessment: Quickly build rapport and understand client situations to recommend tailored insurance solutions that fit their unique requirements in a concise manner. Create accurate quotes and ensure timely follow up.
- Present & Persuade: Confidently explain policy features, benefits, and options in an easy-to-understand way, effectively addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- Close Deals: Drive sales in a short-cycle environment, leveraging strong closing techniques to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Manage & Grow: Utilize our CRM system to manage your pipeline and track activities. Meet and exceed sales goals for property & casualty, life and health insurance.
- Stay Sharp: Continuously learn about new insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations to remain a trusted advisor. Be a top contributor to the agency’s growth.
